A successful first edition
The first edition of AIMD Day took place on June 24, 2025, in Besançon (France), bringing together over 150 European professionals focused on active implantable medical devices (AIMD) technologies.
Key highlights
The event showcased cutting-edge technologies including miniaturization, hermeticity solutions, innovative electrodes, biocompatible components, cybersecurity, communicating sensors, and advances in energy and embedded electronics.
"We're delighted to see an event where technology is at the forefront," noted one participant.
Participants from Germany, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Netherlands, and Sweden joined French experts, creating a truly European platform for AIMD innovation. Feedback was unanimously positive, with professionals satisfied with the technical quality, relevance of presentations and event organisation.
